News and Notes:
Glenn will not play during the 2009 season.
He is graduating from Pocono Mountain West High School and wants to
devote his summer in preparation for attending college at Coastal
Carolina. We wish him well.
2008
Glenn pitched his first career complete game
with the Outlaws; a 16-4 win against the Bushkill Patriots. He
struck out 8 over 6 innings.
6/2: Against
Panther Valley, Glenn hit his first extra-base hit of the season; a
double in the 3rd. He would later score in the inning.
5/31: Glenn pitched effectively as a starter against
McAdoo/Weatherly. However, he was hit on the shin in the 3rd
inning and removed from the game. He struck out 4 and walked 1 in 2⅓
innings pitched.
2007
Glenn led the
Outlaws with 16 RBI's in 2007. He also tied for the League lead
with 3 sacrifice flies. Also, he was the only Outlaws player to play
in all 19 regular season games and all 3 playoff games. Glenn
also holds or shares 4
club records for
individual hitting in a season.
He also
finished the regular season with a perfect 3-0 record and a 4.34 ERA
in 19 ⅓ innings pitched.
Glenn was
named to the All Star Team in 2007 and started at First Base for the
American Division. The American Division defeated the National
Division 21-6.
